Job Title: Head of HR

Generis Enterprise Technology Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department.

About the Role

We are looking for a visionary leader with a passion for people and a proven track record in HR management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and training of human resources plans and programs are realised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as Head of HR or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
