Job Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced Podiatrists to provide high-quality care to patients with foot conditions. The role will involve assisting with nail surgery, high-risk ulcer clinics, and manufacturing insoles.

Key Responsibilities

The Podiatry Assistant will be responsible for:

• Providing delegated foot care and encouraging patient self-management
  
• Assisting Podiatrists in clinical settings, including nail surgery and high-risk clinics
  
• Managing and prioritizing their own workload
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 
  
• A Royal College of Podiatry (RCPod) Assistant Practitioner qualification
  
• Excellent organizational and clinical skills
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Basic awareness of IT and IT skills
  
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
