About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Technical Specialist to provide technical support to Spinal Surgeons in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for covering cases, directing and educating surgeons on our products and their usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to Spinal Surgeons in London
  • Covering cases, directing and educating surgeons on our products and their usage
  • Helping theatre staff achieve the best possible patient outcomes
  • Holding high-level conversations and influencing surgeons

Requirements:

  • Experience of engaging with orthopaedic surgeons in London - ideally spinal
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and convey technical information succinctly and confidently
  • Strong influencer with precise and detailed approach

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000-£50,000 per annum
  • A bonus scheme of up to £10,000 per annum
  • A car allowance of £8,000 per annum
  • Pension scheme and 30 days annual leave excluding bank holidays
