Product Manager - Legacy Readers

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our legacy readers within the HID Physical Access Control Solution (PACS) portfolio. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development, operational, and support teams to drive best-in-class products and customer experience.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for existing product lines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams using Agile SAFe methodologies to align marketing, sales, and product unit teams.
  • Manage product development expertise from concept to product launch.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with an emphasis on electro-mechanical and embedded firmware systems, within the RFID and physical access control industry.
  • Product development expertise from concept to product launch.
  • Ability to make difficult trade-offs with intelligent risk taking.
  • Strategic thinking and effective management on complex projects.
  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership with Sales, Quality, Finance, and Operations.
  • Effective communication in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiar with CRM tools and analysis such as Salesforce, Oracle-EBS, Oracle-PLM, etc.
