Senior Salesforce Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our technical team at Real Technical Solutions. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in implementing new features, including AI, for our AppExchange-listed packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on APEX and React.
  • 5+ years of general software development experience within a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, source control, and software development teams.
