Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Club Manager to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Breakfast and After School Clubs, including planning and supervising activities, managing staff, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working with children. You will also need to be able to think creatively and come up with new ideas to engage children and provide them with a fun and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise activities for children aged 4-11 years old.
  • Manage staff and ensure they are trained and equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Implement protocols and policies to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care.
  • Create unexpected experiences that make a positive difference in children's lives.

Requirements: Management and team leading experience, strong leadership and communication skills, experience working with children.

Salary: Up to £15 per hour
