Housing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housing Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a focused management service to our residents living in our Over 55's Housing schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access to the building for residents, contractors, and visitors
- Ensure security of the communal areas and facilities
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Work with internal teams to deliver services to residents
- Organize and prioritize workload to deliver excellent services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Facilities Management
- Working knowledge and understanding of the housing/building management sector
- Good IT skills on a range of systems
- Flexibility, calm under pressure, and ability to deal with emergencies
