Job Title: Lead Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Engineer to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for our automotive clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop new and updated accessory projects, considering function, cost, manufacture, assembly, and quality.
  2. Produce high-quality 3D CAD models using CREO software.
  3. Produce high-quality 2D engineering drawings, in compliance with ASME Y14 standards.
  4. Follow and maintain design, operational, and quality procedures.
  5. Liaise with internal departments and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  6. Design components and systems to comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with proficiency in 3D CAD, preferably Pro-engineer / CREO.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering design of components and subassemblies.
  3. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as castings, forgings, sheet metal, and injection moldings.
  4. Good understanding of motorcycle chassis layout and construction.
  5. Experience in designing to regulatory requirements as applied to motorcycles.
