**About the Role**

Reed Practice is working with an established insolvency firm who are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Insolvency Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insolvency and be eager to advance their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Initiate statutory take-on procedures, including anti-money laundering, bribery, and ethical checks
  • Draft initial engagement packs and set up the case management system
  • Maintain case strategy forms and associated checklists
  • Input creditor and employee details for each assignment
  • Draft paperwork necessary to place companies into a formal insolvency process
  • Draft and file post-appointment notices and documents
  • Convene creditor decision processes and monitor votes received
  • Complete timely case reviews to ensure compliance and progression across all cases
  • Raise accurate payment requests and record all receipts into an insolvent estate
  • Complete VAT and Corporation Tax returns

**Requirements**

Candidates must have previous experience working in insolvency to be considered for this role.
