Wild Recruitment is seeking an experienced Policy Advisory to join our team. As a key member of our advisory board, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's policy and ensuring that it aligns with industry standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating individuals' regulatory requirements, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

You will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate individuals' regulatory requirements in accordance with clients' Byelaws and regulations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve member experience
  • Provide guidance on policies and procedures to members and staff
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in policy development and implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Salary: An estimated salary range of £30,000 - £34,000 per annum is expected for this role based on industry standards and location.
