We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Lead to join our team and contribute to our mission of becoming a leader in the pet nutrition industry.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the end-to-end Supply Planning process, challenges, and value drivers. They will be responsible for formulating strategy, designing processes, and overseeing the implementation across Supply Planning within Pet Nutrition.

You will work closely with Royal Canin (RC) Supply Planning Global SME to agree on key elements of design and process standardization and harmonization to ensure consistency in processes across Pet Nutrition and RC driving synergies at a Petcare level.

This is a project-based transformation role with a current expected end date of 3 years. The ideal candidate will have strong problem analysis, negotiating, and influencing skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategy and design processes for Supply Planning within Pet Nutrition
  • Oversee the implementation of Supply Planning processes across Pet Nutrition
  • Work closely with RC Supply Planning Global SME to standardize and harmonize processes
  • Collaborate with the PMO team and provide input to overall Program workstream status reporting
  • Develop a transformation roadmap based on agreed KPI performance for the processes
