About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wellbeing Support Specialist to join our team at Elizabeth School of London. As a key member of our wellbeing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our students throughout their academic journey.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology/ Education or related subjects is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting well-being meetings with students, analysing and identifying wellbeing cases, and providing guidance, advice, and information related to student wellbeing and pastoral care.

You will also be responsible for managing a caseload of student well-being matters, reviewing support needs, and logging student outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams to establish, maintain, and develop productive relationships with colleagues across the University.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 - £29,500 annually (depending on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave, workplace pension scheme, and career development opportunities.
