Revenue Growth Manager

At L'Oréal, we're seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to spearhead our luxury retail transformation in the UKI region. This is an exceptional chance to leverage your analytical expertise and commercial acumen to drive business growth and optimize revenue streams.
We operate in over countries worldwide, with global brands like Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, and Giorgio Armani. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to providing our consumers with unparalleled brand experiences through strategic price and promotional optimization.
This role offers a unique blend of analysis, strategy, and execution, requiring you to stay ahead of market trends and competitors' pricing strategies. You'll work closely with our Zone teams on consumer research and collaborate with brand teams to craft pricing strategies that deliver maximum value.
Key responsibilities include leading price and promotional optimization for the UKI Luxe team, owning pre- and post-event analysis, and helping create and evolve RGM processes and frameworks. Your advanced data analytic skills will be essential in identifying opportunities for positive mix improvements across channels, customers, categories, and brands down to SKU level.
We estimate this role's compensation package to be around £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a background in Commercial Finance or strategic functions, with direct experience business partnering Commercial teams, we encourage you to apply.
