We are seeking an experienced Governance Facilitator to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Practice Governance Team, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disability inpatient and community teams across Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, and Buckinghamshire.
Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and manage integrated governance systems and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between various teams and professionals. You will work closely with Service Line Leads, Service Managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective quality improvement strategies.
As a Governance Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our service users and their families. Your expertise will help shape practice and care delivery, contributing to a positive learning culture within our organization.
