Electrical Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Calibre Search Ltd. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with our Mechanical division to orchestrate seamless joint project executions.
  • Contribute to the creation of electrical tenders and oversee contract management.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions.
  • Guide and nurture a team of skilled engineers, providing mentorship and support to drive excellence.
  • Implement health and safety practices, maintaining compliance across all project sites.
  • Forge strong relationships with suppliers to build a great working relationship.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in electrical project management delivery.
  • Recognised qualifications such as NVQ level 3, HND / HNC, City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.
  • Experience interpreting tender documents and specifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, complemented by a willingness to help others.
  • IT proficiency and familiarity with a range of industry software.
  • A passion for driving results and a commitment to delivering excellence.
