Main Responsibilities

Working closely with our ward manager and multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the ward team, including booking transport and coordinating outpatient procedures
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records
  • Answering phone calls and responding to queries from various departments and relatives of patients
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of our admin systems, with training provided as needed
  • Managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks effectively
