We are looking for a talented individual to join our Team Tax as a Financial Analyst Apprentice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in tax analysis and financial planning.

About the Role
We offer an estimated salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Financial Analyst Apprentice, you'll be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and assisting with tax planning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist with tax planning and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tax returns and submissions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals
- Collaborate with colleagues across RSM to deliver high-quality services to clients

Requirements
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or equivalent level 3 qualification; and 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level) and a predicted/achieved undergraduate degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, with ability to stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations
