Job Title: Clinical Assessor - Disability PIP Assessor

Job Summary:

Medacs Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team as a Disability PIP Assessor. As a Clinical Assessor, you will use your clinical expertise to conduct thorough assessments and provide high-quality reports for PIP claims. This is a rewarding hybrid role that offers opportunities for career progression and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their eligibility for PIP benefits
  • Use clinical expertise to gather and analyze information to inform assessment reports
  • Develop and maintain strong report writing and communication skills
  • Work autonomously as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality assessment reports
  • Participate in coaching, auditing, and team management to support the assessment team

Requirements:

  • Current and unrestricted NMC/HCPC registration
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) registration
  • Strong report writing, communication, and typing proficiency skills
  • Ability to navigate IT systems and maintain accurate records
  • Commitment to integrity and delivering high-quality service
