Shift Pattern: Mixed shifts required (days, nights, and weekends on a rotational basis)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to work within a male Mental Health hospital for men aged 18+ based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification, valid NMC registration, and a minimum of 6 months of mental health experience as a nurse in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills

Requirements:

  • Relevant nursing qualification (RMN)
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 6 months of mental health experience as a nurse in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate
  • Commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
