About the Role:

We are seeking a Clinical Negligence Expert to join our team at BCL Legal. The successful candidate will have experience in defendant clinical negligence and serious/fatal injury.

The ideal candidate will be a strong technical lawyer with a desire to undertake advocacy. They will be self-motivated, organised, and able to work well autonomously or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and progress a varied defendant clinical negligence caseload.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of experts on challenging cases.

Requirements:

  • 3PQE+ solicitor with a background in clinical negligence and/or serious/fatal injury.
  • Strong technical skills and a desire to undertake advocacy.
  • Self-motivated and organised individual.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
