Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Production Specialist to join our team at BMW Group Plant Hams Hall. In this exciting 13-month placement, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of processes and technologies in our V engine production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements
- Assist in the introduction of new technologies and the development of existing ones
- Collaborate with production specialists and process leaders to ensure operational requirements are met
- Monitor and report on KPIs and provide training to the work organization
- Audit processes and implement corrective actions to ensure current conformance
Qualifications and Experience:
- Studying towards a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- High level analytical skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Confident presentation skills
