Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Burner Applications and Support Engineer to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our technical and sales team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier technical support and driving sales across the region. Your expertise will help shape our technical strategies and enhance customer engagements, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations while advancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive proposals for revamp, retrofit, capital, and aftermarket projects, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare market-based cost estimates to support sales efforts.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to end users, including face-to-face interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with project and design teams to understand new product developments and existing technologies.
  • Utilize commercial insights to optimize proposal potential.
  • Travel to customer facilities to present, discuss, and negotiate proposals.
  • Foster relationships with complementary suppliers and service groups to grow Zeeco's business.
  • Ensure Zeeco is on the vendor list for all relevant projects.
  • Visit customer sites to troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record in technical business development, with demonstrated success in driving business growth and developing technical solutions.
  • International customer experience, with a willingness to travel intermittently.
  • Strong background in plant, petrochemical, and/or refinery environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Technical sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to sell complex technical solutions and negotiate successfully.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with excellent ability to convey information, negotiate deals, and collaborate with team members.
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to use initiative and make informed decisions autonomously while maintaining attention to detail.
