About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to join our team at HM Treasury. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment services across 40 departments, agencies, and Arm's Length Bodies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the end-to-end process for all centralized GES and GSR recruitment schemes. This includes managing GESR recruitment systems, ensuring processes are working effectively for end users, and providing support to the Head of GES Resourcing during leave periods.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across Government with a variety of partners, providing a professional and effective service that meets business needs and quality standards. The role also offers a meaningful focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and managing delivery of the end-to-end process for all centralised GES and GSR recruitment schemes.
  • Managing GESR recruitment systems and ensuring processes are working effectively for end users.
  • Supporting the Head of GES Resourcing during leave periods and providing support to the Recruitment Campaign Managers as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
