School Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive School Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. This part-time, temporary position is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills and a desire to contribute to the success of our school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key support to the senior leadership team, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating correspondence.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for senior leadership meetings and school committees.
  • Organise and maintain files and records pertinent to the senior leadership team's activities.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of school events and projects as directed by the senior leadership team.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents on behalf of the senior leadership team.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the senior leadership team in monitoring compliance with school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
