Role Overview

We are a specialist motoring law firm in Liverpool, seeking a qualified Solicitor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly regarded team and take on a challenging caseload of motoring matters.

About the Position
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of criminal law and the ability to explain complex matters in clear language. They will work closely with the senior members of our department and liaise with clients and experts regularly. This role offers a competitive salary (up to £55k) and numerous bonus structures.

Responsibilities
• Handle all types of motoring offences, from speeding to drug or drink driving
• Manage case files and prepare client correspondence
• Draft statements and briefs for counsel
• Instruct experts and liaise with clients

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of criminal law and excellent communication skills. They must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. We welcome applications from Solicitors with experience in criminal law, but it is not essential.
