About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Work collaboratively with the store team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  4. Participate in visual merchandising activities, including displaying products and maintaining store displays.
  5. Assist with stock replenishment, receiving shipments, and maintaining inventory levels.
