Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors, providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance to support project delivery.
  • Run one to two jobs efficiently, demonstrating expertise and leading by example.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the commercial director to develop and implement business plans.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual matters, including JCT and NEC projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong track record of delivering commercial projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex commercial issues.
  • Contractual knowledge of JCT and NEC projects.
