The Role

This is an exciting position within our Programmatic Hub, working closely with clients and internal teams. You'll manage and develop one Executive within the larger team, focusing on programmatic trading and media planning.

You'll be responsible for operating media planning and buying, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving target objectives. You'll work closely with our Programmatic Account Director to develop client understanding and provide feedback on prioritization and new initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Operate media planning and buying for client portfolios on various channels.
  • Ensure client satisfaction on campaign delivery and performance.
  • Drive target objectives and productivity plans.
  • Provide weekly reporting, client calls, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Work closely with the Programmatic Account Director to develop client understanding.
  • Actively provide feedback on prioritization, new product features, and capabilities.
  • Participate in wider programmatic projects outside of day-to-day campaigns.
  • Identify training and development needs of junior members of the team.
  • Confidence in technical knowledge and willingness to ask for support when needed.
