At Amazon, our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment to prevent downtime and ensure the safety of our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of equipment
- Uphold all health and safety policies and practices
- Work on continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across multiple sites
You will work closely with senior colleagues to undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks and liaise with contractors when necessary. This role requires flexibility, as you will work on a range of shifts to ensure our sites are supported around the clock.
Requirements:- Served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject
- Relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
- Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing
Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon. Experience in condition-based monitoring and working with print and apply machines is highly desirable.
