Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lubrication Coordinator to provide essential fluid management and condition monitoring services to ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment and machinery at our customer site in Plymouth.

This role involves managing all on-site activities, applying, changing, and topping up lubricants and fluids within plant equipment and machinery, working to an agreed planned maintenance schedule, and managing the waste stream to safely dispose of waste off-site.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all on-site activities to ensure efficient and safe operation of plant equipment and machinery.
  • Apply, change, and top up lubricants and fluids as required.
  • Work to an agreed planned maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Manage the waste stream to safely dispose of waste off-site.
  • Report using the company's in-house IT system.
  • Provide customer liaison and attend/assist in meetings.
  • Follow strict practices and procedures laid down, including 5S and H&S.
Requirements:
  • A background in maintenance, servicing, or a similar field.
  • A consistent work history.
  • A presentable and customer-facing demeanor.
  • A good understanding of health and safety.
