Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Portfolio Development Specialist at National Car Parks Limited. As a key member of our estates team, you will be responsible for managing inspections, repair, and refurbishment of our existing portfolio.

Key responsibilities include monitoring deterioration and defects within NCP's estate, advising on remedial and repair work, and managing asbestos. You will also be involved in completing property condition surveys, advising on environmental and sustainability issues, and providing technical knowledge and understanding of commercial buildings.

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires significant experience in a similar environment managing a multi-sited portfolio where civil and structural engineering schemes are undertaken.
  • You will work closely with other areas across the NCP business, including the estate management team and the wider commercial, operations, and managed service team.
  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
