We are seeking a skilled and caring Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children, planning engaging activities that promote learning and development, and building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Our nurseries are designed to provide a nurturing environment for children, where they can grow and develop in a safe and supportive setting. We believe in the importance of creating an environment that encourages curiosity, imagination, and friendship, and we're committed to fostering a sense of belonging and community within our nurseries.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children, laying the foundation for their future success and happiness. You will work closely with our experienced practitioners and support staff to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children, and you will be supported in your professional development through ongoing training and mentorship.

The estimated salary for this position is £13.00 per hour. In addition to this, we offer a range of benefits, including 50% off childcare, 28 days holiday per year, and health & wellbeing apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of belonging and community within the nursery.
  • Observing and assessing children's progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs and interests.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
