We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and education in the comfort of patients' own homes.
About the RoleThis is a Monday to Friday position, with a salary up to £42,640 and a fully expensed company car or car allowance of £4877 per annum. You will be working for a nationally recognised specialist provider, assisting patients with haematological and solid tumour treatments.
Key Responsibilities- Administer a range of treatments, as defined in patient care plans, while maintaining professional standards.
- Oversee a caseload of patients, providing excellent standards of education and clinical care.
- Cannulate and undertake clinical assessments.
- Registered General Nurse with active NMC PIN.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience of community-based work is desirable but not essential.
- Qualified in administering Cytotoxic drugs.
- Fully expensed company car and fuel card or car allowance of £4877 per annum.
- Monday to Friday working.
- Salary up to £42,640.
- NMC fees paid for.
- Contributory pension scheme.
- Private healthcare cover.
- Death in service (4 x salary).
- Annual holiday – 33 days inclusive of bank holidays with option to buy 5 more.
