As a key member of our team, you will deliver planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients, ensuring excellent customer service and professional results. You will also assist in the delivery of asset uptime, first-time fix, and quality workmanship.

In this role, you will work independently, carrying out tasks such as patch plastering/rendering, protection, carpentry works, various floor coverings, wall tiling, general repair work, and changing lights and locks. You may have varied experience across a mix of the above trades.

To be successful, you will need to meet the essential requirements:

  • Time served experience across a mix of multiple trades, ideally in a building fabric role.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Experience working within a customer-facing environment.
  • Confident using handheld IT equipment for managing works and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and a good work ethic.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £32,618 per annum, with additional earnings available through enhanced overtime rates. Benefits include a group personal pension scheme of matched contributions between 5% and 6%, life assurance, access to state-of-the-art training academy, funded training sponsorship scheme, refer-a-friend reward scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, health cash plan, up to 10% off B&Q/Trade Point, and 20% off Nuffield Fitness and Wellbeing Centres.

This role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and one in three weeks on call.
