We are seeking a seasoned Sustainability Director to spearhead our company's environmental and safety initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive sustainability excellence across our organisation.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sustainability team, ensuring cohesive collaboration and alignment with the company's vision.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Ensure consistent quality in products/services and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of health and safety management systems.
  • Promote workplace health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and manage safety programs and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and enforce compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of environmental management systems in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Develop and oversee environmental policies and programs to minimise the company's environmental footprint.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainability practices.
  • Ensure all operations comply with local, national, and international regulations.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on HSE practices and principles.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and metrics to measure HSE performance.

Salary Information


We offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
