The role of a Pediatric Nursing Director involves delivering high-quality nursing care to children and their families. At Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd, we require a skilled Paediatric Nurse (Case Load) Manager to lead our team in the North East London / Essex area. This position requires a RSCN with a minimum of 6 months in the UK and an active NMC PIN. The ideal candidate should have up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years. Additionally, they must have a supportive management style and evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum is available, along with benefits including 33 days' holiday, private pension scheme, use of pool company car or travel card, and business travel expenses.
