Poolside Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Poolside Ambassador to join our team at Village Hotels - Hull.

As a Poolside Ambassador, you will play a key role in ensuring that our leisure facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained, while also providing outstanding service to our members and guests.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of Village Hotels. As a Poolside Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the pool and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and safe for use.
• Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
• Working closely with the Leisure Team to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive sales growth.
• Contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of the leisure facilities, including reporting any issues or concerns to the management team.
