Brand Ambassador

Smart Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and support our company's mission.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, and client communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product sheets.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and improve results.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and gather customer insights.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. A portfolio of work demonstrating previous experience in marketing construction projects will be required for consideration for the higher end of this scale.
