Key Account Specialist Neurology

Our company is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team in Scotland, where you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative therapeutics range to healthcare professionals. Your key objectives will include planning and executing sales strategies, creating joint working projects with key customers, and developing quality professional relationships with all stakeholders within the territory.
Job Summary:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for our market-leading therapeutics range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including neurologists, ophthalmologists, and rehabilitation centers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans and strategies that drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- A degree in Life Science, nursing, or a related field, with a proven track record of achievement in sales and business development.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on neurological therapeutics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with key customers.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Compensation Package:
- A highly competitive basic salary of £62,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme tied to individual performance.
