We are seeking skilled shuttering labourers/strikers to work on a 3-month project in Aldermaston. The role involves constructing and dismantling formwork for concrete structures, ensuring safety and precision in all tasks.

• Constructing and installing formwork: Build and set up wooden or metal frameworks to support concrete.
• Dismantling formwork: Remove formwork once concrete has set.
• Ensuring safety: Follow safety protocols and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with team members: Work closely with other construction workers.
• Using tools and equipment: Operate various hand and power tools required for formwork construction.

• Experience: Previous experience in shuttering or formwork is required.
• Physical fitness: Good physical condition is necessary due to the physically demanding nature of the job.
• Green CSCS card: A valid Green CSCS card is required.
• DBS check: Must pass a DBS check.
