Press Operations Manager

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our printing facilities. Your primary focus will be on managing the production process to achieve high-quality output while meeting customer deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Oversee the production schedule to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of press operators and provide guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production issues, including mechanical, operator, and material faults.
- Communication: Liaise with other departments, including Pressroom Management, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Experience: Proven experience in press operations, preferably at No2 level.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in press operations or equivalent desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Drive, commitment, and a willingness to work shifts.
