We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team at a special school catering to students aged 4-11 with complex needs, including Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).

With small class sizes and excellent facilities, our multi-disciplinary team of teachers, therapists, and support staff work together to deliver high-quality education and care. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students.

**Salary:** £25,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Job Description:**

You will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with complex needs, promoting their independence, and encouraging participation in lessons and activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs or a related field (e.g., BSc, MEd, PGCE)

* Experience working with children with complex needs

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
