About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Technician to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rectify defects reported by customers within the warranty period
  • Manage customer complaints and difficult situations
  • Ensure that all reported defects are dealt with in a cost-effective and timely manner
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Complete all administration and documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
  • BTEC diploma in Building Construction or NVQ Level 2
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Driving license
  • Proven experience working in a residential house builder
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
  • Multi-trade skills including Carpentry and internal/external door adjustment
Desirable Qualifications
  • NVQ levels 3 & 4 in customer services
  • ONC/HND in Construction
  • Completed the Bovis Homes or other internal development programme
