About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our Client Services team at EA Talent Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, recommending the perfect mortgage solutions, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Understand customer aspirations and financial situations to recommend tailored mortgage solutions.
  • Mortgage Solutions: Source the best deals from a panel of 72 lenders, ensuring clients receive competitive rates and terms.
  • Support and Guidance: Assist clients throughout the mortgage process, from application to completion.
  • Financial Product Identification: Identify opportunities for additional financial products like insurance and protection.
  • Exceptional Service: Deliver personalized support, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Staying Informed: Uphold industry regulations and stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
