About the Role:

We are seeking a Field Service Maintenance Engineer to join our Agri Estate Maintenance team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned, preventative, and emergency maintenance work across multiple sites based around Lincolnshire.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Engineering discipline NVQ Level 3 or equivalent ideally in electrical engineering or electronics
- Mechanical experience
- Good interpersonal skills - Team Player
- Proactive, disciplined, and approachable
- Good organisational skills
