Experienced Family Law Solicitor

Family Solicitor / Legal Executive role available in Gloucestershire. Opportunity to work with a reputable and expanding law firm, seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with a minimum of one year's post-qualification experience (PQE).

This position involves managing a diverse caseload of private family & legal aid matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of primarily private law children and domestic abuse work, both under the legal aid contract and for privately paying clients.
• Active participation in the development of the department and in the firm's marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media, and networking activities.
• Flexible working pattern, based between the office and home.

Requirements

• Law degree or equivalent qualification and hold a current practising certificate.
• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience advising on family law matters.
• Familiar with private law children and domestic abuse work.
