Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking an exceptional Chef to join our team as an Executive Culinary Director. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menu strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement menu strategies that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth
• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and food safety protocols
• Lead a high-performing team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives

• A strong background in cuisine management and menu development
• Experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• An ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and career development opportunities.
