About the Role

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Merchandise Planner to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our product planning team, you will be responsible for driving sales and margin growth across our department and mid-level plans by region and channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and margin growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies and manage profitability
  • Research and analyze market trends to inform product planning decisions
  • Forecast and implement product distribution strategies to optimize inventory levels
  • Present selling and inventory analysis results to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience
  • Experience in Merchandise Planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
