Job Title: Qualified Lift Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lift systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on a range of manufactured lifts
  • Undertake corrective fault finding maintenance processes, minor repairs, and servicing
  • Adhere to Safety and Quality procedures and policies
  • Liaise with your Service Manager and team colleagues in the day-to-day running of jobs
  • Completion and submission of all relevant online customer portals or paperwork and reports
  • Maintain good housekeeping and service standards on the sites you are responsible for
  • Periodic ad-hoc additional service-related duties
Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ 4 level qualification or equivalent (Higher education Certificate/BTEC) plus at least 1 year's experience in the lift service field
  • Experienced in the maintenance, repair, and breakdown diagnostics on a wide variety of different types of passenger and goods lifts for a wide range of manufacturers
  • Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota and emergency cover
  • Live in the area
  • Fully mobile, with a full driving license and willingness to travel
  • Entitled to work in the United Kingdom
