Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exam Invigilator. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of examinations and ensuring a smooth testing experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up exam venues and checking examination materials
• Monitor and supervise students during exams, ensuring a distraction-free environment
• Record attendance and relevant details, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents, providing excellent customer service
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge required for the role

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working with children or in a supervisory role is an asset
• Confidentiality and discretion are essential in this role
